woke up at 2 and had to rush and be outta da house within half an hour!wtf. that's some speed there. folks, please kindly wake me earlier if you guys wanna go out so early!! went ah ma's place for a simple lunch and fetched unkle Vendemeer(or wateva his name is spelt) to de royale. apparently he wansta buy/ rent an apartment in singapore. think he wantsta settle here or something in da near future. saw a really pretty red-white dotted vase in there. omg. so pretty!!!no idea where da creative designers got it from though. luv it so much that i took a pic of it discreetly. ain't supposed to. i guess.
den it's to united square for this showroom of suites up in one of da offices. it's oooohh so nice!!but not advisable for da old cuz it's glass, glass and more glass everywhere! if you ain't familiar wit da place, you might just walk into 1 of the glass walls. but perfect for youngsters!! it's soooo nice!!clean-cut. and they had furniture which are made-to-order which are so unik!
ma sis and huat joined us after that and we headed to water place at waterfront for viewing. boring place la...da showroom was so out of trend. think they were decorated during the stone age. hee hee. then we headed to haig place. okays. not bad. showflats are fun. you get to update yaself wit da latest kewl creative decor which is pretty good for idea churning. and ahem when you move in wit your love ones :)
after all that, we sent unkle Vendemeer back to sentosa Beaufort. again its heaven...didn't know it's such a beautiful and relaxing place!amidst lush greenery and quiet ponds all around da whole compound..ahhh...makes you feel so stressless!well i guess Rasa-Sentosa Shangri-La sucks after seeing Beaufort. it's more of a adult environment. kept far away from noise and hectic life. sigh.. how i wish i was da one staying there instead. he brought us to his room and he was staying in a suite! whoa..how kewl is that. too big for me though. too empty a room..but nice bathroom i must say "p too bad as da place is dim wit minimal lightings(so as to create a relaxing environment. not that da lights are spoilt, mind you nutheads) i couldn't take much pictures. only managed da 1 wit da glows of lights. not forgetting ma camey was running low on batt. i so need a new camey. haha. everything was just so right there lah. i must go soon!! treat stress from skool as an excuse. wahahha. come to think of it, it ain't an excuse. it's true!
morale of da story? be hardworking. work like a slave. earn big bucks. get all da bling bling. and da rest? i don't need to say no more. you get da drill. $$$

what a fun-filled day. met up wit rex, kathi and gang today after skool. actually was supposed to meet only min for dinner at fullerton but at da last minute, kathi invited us to join em for a game of pool. hmmm haven been playing for ages, so why not? but before that, dinner at bakerzin @ atruim. for those of you nutcase who don't have a freakin idea where it is, it's right beside plaza singapura. well dinner was good. min,kathi,rex and me had a filling one wit everyone doing the pasta. we had a good long talk after that wit rex doing the story-telling. whats new. lol. rex, purls don't kill me if you eva read this :P
well he told us endless stories about his course. mass comm. da course which i so regretted i didn't get in. sigh. and thanks for making me regret even more by telling me "oh ethel you really should get in that course. it is so you! you would sure enjoy if your in there la." damit. i so wanna get in now. chillin ova coffee while doin project.. hmmm that's some stress relief ain't it. and thanks for da story about you falling asleep during pqs module. darn farnie balls. and yet it's so true, wtf do we even bother to stay up during the lessons? and wth is wit da "i'm up the cliff you see, and you guys are waaayy...down below. i hafta fall a few levels to be on par wit you guys' mentality and be able to communicate." basket. da way you put it made us sound like some unmature, still under puberty freaks. lol. okay though i admit that we once went through that. lol. know what that signifies? it means your old! lol. no hard feelings ait :P
after our sumptuous meal, we headed to planet paradigm to join kevin n others. didn't play much though. was busy taking pics..haha...oh ya and bitch about our lifes. weilee joined us soon after. what a sweetie, came all da way even though she was tired, just to meet us.we wanted to club halfway through da pool session...but it seemed a lil too late..so we dropped the idea. well there would always be a next time, right guys? we left for 7-11 for some refreshments and then it's home sweet home for us.

came across the song 'forever young' by Alphaville on ma way to school today. made me had sad and good memories of da good ol' days again. wheneva i'm alone in bus rides, i just can't help but think back of da past as secondary skool kids board da bus. which is practically everyday. memories just came flooding ma empty brain and i can't help but miss high skool eva so badly. well why da song 'forever young'? that's because during our graduation ceremony, da skool commitee showed slides of our skool activities and events with 'forever young' playing at the background. well that triggered me to compile the top 30 things i miss about skool. will compile another list if i can think up more. the below is irregardless of sequence.
1. laughters provided by kathi, rex and gang. thanks for da entertainment guys :)
2. mr koh's constant rantings about each and everyone of us in class.
3. mr ahmad da nice and warm form teacher who is too nice for a teacher, more like a dad to us.
4. our monitor rex who god knows why can be da monitor when he breaks skool rules like noone's biz. lol.p.s. no offence rex :p
5. suhaylah da crazee biatch who's eva so cute wit her farnie antics.e.g. burping damn loud in class.
6. finding da reliable hiding places to hide our discmans, handphones and pagers and anythin which shouldn't be seen in da classroom during spotchecks.
7. rumours whether there's gonna be a spotcheck at that day.
8. accompanying each other to toilet to ward off spirits. (as if they fret of 2 skoolgirls.lol)
9. the slap at my thigh sponsored by miss goh liang chei during a fun volleyball game. lol
10. reprimanded by mrs chow wheneva im caught by her wit more den 1 stud or wearing ear-rings.
11. hiding ma ears wit ma hands and running away from mrs chow wheneva i see her or hear her thunderous voice booming few kilos away. lol. oh ya together wit those who broke da rules.
12. the oh so irritating mr singh which da whole skool hates.
13. gossiping about ghost stories that happened in skool.
14. walking and bitching instead of running around da skool compound during p.e lessons.
15. art lessons.
16. mrs lim, da adorable art teacher who 'loves' listening to 'addictive' by Rakim on perfect 10.
17. blasting muzik on da radio in da art room.
18. taking turns to play muzik from our favourite CDs or radio stations on da player during art lessons.
19. staying back after skool to complete da 'o' level art piece in da comfort of air condition.
20. practicing for scrabble competition during free periods and after skool.
21. bitching and napping in class during free periods.
22. rapping and singing to eminem, blink 182, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Creed, you name it, we've got it.
23. serene and me creating nonsensical lyrics and doin dumb covers for Limp Bizkit's 'rolling', the song 'crossroads' by whoeva and others. lol.
24. sneaking fried chicken from da malay store into the art room and class of 5n1.
25. wei xiang, da unkle wit unbearable b.o each time after his soccer games. he knows it and laughs it off. lol.
25. mr wong da physics teacher who neva fails to say ' pluck your hair then you know ah!'
26. mr chan da macho p.e teacher who is cute but short and who appeared in newspaper and tv shows.
27. da fun prom night at westin stamford.
28. da overnight stay at westin hotel after da prom night wit da guys gambling. how'fun' and da night walk around city hall area while i was bored waiting for em finish da game. haha.
29. surfing interesting sites in the art room in da comfort of muzik in da background and air-con!
30. taking our own sweet time to go back classrooms even after the bell has long gone off.
yeah 30 points taken.. more to come..i sooo miss secondary skool. though i treat every single day as da last 1 in secondary skool, time still flies really fast. too fast for me to grasp. sigh. sometimes i wish poly life was as fun and harmless. wit harmless and innocent fun. sigh. goodbye to good ol' days :( sob.

went to skool in da morning as usual, for ecd den went st8 back home.yey i hafta produce ma part only on mon instead of tomorrow, so i can relax now! haha. at least for awhile:( went home for a nap. damn tired from da past few few hours of sleep due to AAA test and QC report and other stuff.
overslept and woke in da evening and headed to ah ma's place for dinner. hot pot as usual and lo hei! gotta lo at da last day of cny accordin to canton customs. it's da cheena v-day today as well. sigh. that signals the last day of river hongbao. i know. i know...i've been ranting about river hongbao for da past few days. or weeks?lol. but they are having fireworks today! haha.
